Pearse Doherty: So, when you had these chief risk officers in the room from, I presume, some banks that went bust - Anglo, Nationwide, AIB, Bank of Ireland, other banks, EBS - to discuss bird flu, did you discuss ... and cyber-crime at a later stage ... did you discuss at any time issues of solvency of the banks, given that they're the chief risk officers that were sitting at the table?

...: Well, it ... I'll tell you what the background to it was. We were asked to convene on that basis by the authorities, because at that time, there was a purported pandemic because of avian bird flu, and, at one stage, it was estimated that if it got the grip that was being speculated upon by the World Health Organization, which is an authoritative body, that 25% of critical services and...
