Mr. Ray O'Driscoll: The first point related to the profit in 2013 of €5 million. Fully €4 million of that profit was generated from the sale of 11 properties across Clare, Limerick and Kerry. It was a mixture of buildings and land. The largest property sold was next to the University of Limerick in Limerick city. It generated a profit of €4 million.
