The matters raised in this protected disclosure were assessed and deemed to be more appropriate to be dealt with through the HSE. Finian McGrath: The person concerned was awarded disability allowance with effect from 30 May 2018. A letter issued to this gentleman informing him of this decision on 22 August 2018. His first payment was issued on 29 August 2018. Disability allowance arrears issued to this gentleman on 11 December 2018. I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
