Noel Coonan: It is important to focus here on agriculture and the effect that the climate change Bill will have on it. Teagasc is the main scientific agricultural body that deals with climate change and emissions. We have not invited it to this meeting and it is annoyed about that. On Monday at 10.45 a.m. the IFA will come in here and we could invite Teagasc to come in too.
