Barry Ward: The commission has no idea how it is going to be resourced or if that will be shared with the commission.

Barry Ward: On non-Irish content, I find that in many different online spaces one is bombarded with content, whether it is advertising or other content, that is not at all designed for the Irish market. Is that an issue of concern for the commission?
