Paul Connaughton: That begs the question as to what disciplinary action was taken. This is a very serious outcome. Mr. Fennell stated that disciplinary action was taken, but the person is still in the college. I am unsure as to what that disciplinary action could have been.

Paul Connaughton: In that case, I will not go down that road any further. However, without being able to say what it was, one presumes nothing happened. The report stated that this was a big problem and there was an issue, yet nothing happened. I will not push Mr. Fennell any further about what did or did not happen, but the message that comes across is that no heads rolled and nothing changed.
