Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin: If it were possible that we could complete this particular section it would be a good cut-off point. We have a little bit of leniency in terms of the use of the committee room. The signalled time was 1.15 p.m. but if five or ten minutes would make the difference to have this done when it is fresh in our minds that would be okay.

There are 248 or 250 amendments in the whole thing. We have one fifth of the amendments done. If we find ourselves at that pace tomorrow, we will be in some trouble.

We will endeavour to conclude Committee Stage this evening, if at all possible.
