Tom Neville: I understand that but there are social workers in Focus Ireland working in the child support area. Obviously, they want to work in that area but what are their reasons for that? Would they find the conditions in Tusla too difficult or is there something going on there to explain why they would not take up a social worker position? I would like to get feedback on that question.
