John McGuinness: No. 7 is a decision we made on the scrutiny of EU proposals. Before the committee proceeds to its business, I wish to put on the record the decision taken by the committee on EU legislative proposals from 6 November. The committee agreed that EU proposals COM (2018) 652, COM (2018) 653 and COM (2018) 658 do not warrant further scrutiny. Full details will be published on the committee's website.
