Finian McGrath: When the customer concerned initially applied for Illness Benefit, he did not satisfy the eligibility criteria to award a claim. The customer subsequently returned additional information which has been applied to the application and his eligibility has been established. The customer will receive a payment next week. I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
