Arthur Spring: Can I clarify something for the Minister? Patients in Cork are going to Mater Private in Cork. There are no patients from Kerry being dealt with in the same manner. The waiting list of two years is made worse by the fact that they see the same person before they see a surgeon. That is the essence of it.
