Mattie McGrath: That is interesting. How can judges make decisions when they do not have access to or sight of the mortgage documents? One would think this is a basic request. Surely the deed and mortgage should be available. Mr Honohan's letter, which I sent around, mainly addressed this issue. How is it acceptable? How can they get away with it?
