Order of Business (6 Nov 2012)

Enda Kenny: It is a while away yet. It is not required until next year. In the meantime, as the Deputy knows, we have signed on for particular climate change targets for 2020, including low carbon emissions levels. Enda Kenny: This issue is clearly of great concern to many people, arising from recent tragic events. The heads of this Bill have been cleared, but it is exceptionally complex. Work on it is ongoing but I cannot give the Deputy a date when it will be published. Events are taking their tragic toll, however. I would urge the many young people who may be contacted in this way not to be afraid to talk to...

Order of Business (6 Nov 2012)
