Róisín Shortall: It is not acceptable that senior people from the HSE come here and refuse to answer questions about a very basic issue relating to the treatment of a whistleblower. I ask Ms O'Connor to explain to us what exactly is happening within the HSE in respect of the treatment of that whistleblower and who is responsible for what she referred to as an investigation.
