Do the officials work hand in hand with them in terms of creating those courses and encouraging people to go forward? I think it is that people have not been applying for the courses. Maria Byrne: I was speaking to a number of nurses who qualified recently from UHL. A lot of them like to go off and travel for a year or two. Is there anything we can do, or recruitment that goes on in the colleges as they are coming to the end of their qualification, to encourage them into roles?
