It met four times in 2017, which seems to be a small number of meetings considering where we are today. I understand Mr. Quinn sits on that board. Can anyone give me an indication of any contributions made by that sub-committee with regard to procurement and any real tangible interventions...

Kate O'Connell: I realise there seems to be a lot of activity but, in terms of actual things done, can I have an example? Mr. Quinn is a long-standing member of the board whose appointment was competency based. His expertise is in procurement. Can he remember, off the top of his head, any time that he made an intervention that saved money in procurement or that led to efficiency in terms of procurement?
