Joe O'Toole: The simple point is that if this is being discussed at the United Nations, at the Council of Europe and everywhere else, why can it not be discussed here as well?

Seanad: Order of Business. (16 Feb 2006)

Joe O'Toole: Let both sides have their say. Given that there is such heat on the issue, it should be allowed to go forward for discussion.
