Marie Sherlock: I see the additional conditions with regard to third party insourcing. I find it remarkable that these conditions are only being applied now. The whole point was that all internal capacity should have been exhausted first. I ask for the community healthcare outsourcing-insourcing to be defined, that €300 million. I ask the witnesses to shine a bit of light on that.
