Michael Harty: Is the lack of resources due to lack of money or ability to recruit the proper staff? As we have seen throughout the health service, there seems to be no lack of funding, but there does seem to be a lack of personnel to fill positions. Is that the case?

Michael Harty: Would having a central database of all the various assessments speed up the process of accessing information on a real-time basis? There are many application forms and referrals from one service level to another. If all of the information was available online, would it speed up the process?
