Bobby Aylward: I just want to ask the Commissioner another personal question. It concerns section 41 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005 and the evidence the Commissioner gave here. We made a big thing about why she did not report to the Minister. I could include the Comptroller and Auditor General in that as well. In hindsight, is she sorry that she did not use her powers in both cases?
