Eamon Scanlon: I thank everybody for their presentations. This is a very interesting discussion. I understand the issue with air traffic controllers. We can see that the reason for it is that the salary, at €41,500, is one people could get on a building site, quite honestly. The Secretary General mentioned the pension. Unfortunately, people do not think about pensions until they are in their 50s...
