Vote 31 - Transport (Revised) (9 Feb 2022) Kieran O'Donnell: I would very much welcome the Minister's thoughts on the commuter rail link that will link into Adare. Vote 31 - Transport (Revised) (9 Feb 2022) Kieran O'Donnell: No. I am saying a process is still under way, as is the case with the Limerick metropolitan area transport strategy. My primary purpose was to ask the Minister about the Adare bypass. In fairness, he has given an update on that. As I said, the other two projects are going through a process of their own at present. - National Retrofitting Scheme: Statements (17 Feb 2022)
Kieran O'Donnell: I think this is an energy upgrade scheme, as distinct from a retrofit scheme. I raised this in the Dáil with the Minister on 20 January. My issue at that time was the anomaly whereby someone on the free energy upgrade scheme was only entitled to apply once. Someone who might have applied prior to 2018, before double-glazed windows were part of the scheme, could not apply a second time...
