Brian Cowen: This issue relates to statements on the eurogroup meeting. The Minister for Finance will deal with it in the House and take questions thereon for 20 minutes. There will be other opportunities to address this as matters develop.

Brian Cowen: In the first instance, there has been a huge increase in the number of on-line tax returns being made to the Revenue. I hope this will continue. The four-year plan will be published tomorrow. The plan is to go to the publishers this evening and arrangements are being finalised to launch and publicise it tomorrow.
