Catherine Connolly: Once again I remind Members that section 1 simply deals with definitions in the Bill. I ask them for their co-operation, and I am not looking at any particular Member. Members have made a big effort to table amendments and there are many amendments to be discussed. Some have been ruled out of order and others have not, so we must move on with the Members' co-operation.
