Can they expect a new agreement to be in place this summer? Must they wait...

Simon Coveney: The Minister indicated that while families were waiting for a comprehensive new foreign adoption agreement between Ireland, Vietnam and other countries, the Government would consider putting in place an interim agreement such that families half way through the adoption process would be allowed to proceed. I want to know the position on this.
