Neale Richmond: Does Mr. O'Midheach not appreciate these businesses have been closed and they are struggling immensely? The costs saved by FBD by the test cases, rather than multiple cases, means it is in the company's interest as well as the businesses involved to have the issue of costs resolved as soon as possible.
