Can the Department work with fishing clubs to try to restock rivers? If the Department thinks a river is below the conservation level, does it walk away from it?

He wrote a cheque for €179.1 million of Irish taxpayers' money and gave it to a third party, RTÉ, a commercial semi-State body. Seán Fleming: That is shocking. The biggest item of expenditure of the Department, €179 million, is handed over to RTÉ. We all know RTÉ and we watch it, but Mr. Griffin is telling me he does not even know if he has a service level agreement. I take it if he had one he would know the answer to that.
