I understand a plan is being prepared by Kerry County Council, but it is vital that there be a prioritisation of the issue at a national level. Tom Fleming: My question comes under the Irish human rights and equality commission Bill and follows the announcement by the Minister for Justice and Equality on Garda recruitment. There is great concern among the people who had successfully applied before the Government embargo was imposed in 2009.
