Patricia Ryan: With most hauliers with whom I speak, particularly long-haul hauliers, the issues are that they cannot pull in anywhere now. They were able to pull in at one time but they now find great difficulty in pulling in now to get their cups of coffee or have their rest time. This seems to be a major problem so I assume that at some point, we will be able to alleviate some of that.
