Maria Bailey: I thank all of the delegates for attending. A couple of them have been here a few times now. I appreciate the time they have taken to come and inform us on this fascinating report. I have found it refreshing not to talk about housing for one meeting. At our next meeting, at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday, we will receive an update on all developments in the water sector.

Maria Bailey: If somebody is given a notice to quit in a legal framework of time, Deputy Barry would still term that an eviction if the tenant does not want to leave the home.

Maria Bailey: If somebody is given a notice to quit or terminate his or her tenancy within the legal parameters, whether that is a notice to quit in three or six months, and that person does not want to leave his or her home, Deputy Barry would still term that an eviction.
