Robert Dowds: I have a general question, although I appreciate Mr. Cooney may not be able to answer it fully. What checks and balances are in place to ensure there is no illegality in the issuance of passports? Clearly, an Irish passport as an EU passport is a valuable commodity; therefore, it is important that there be checks. I thank the officials.
