Paschal Mooney: I am grateful for the extra time and will be as brief as possible. I welcome the Minister of State and compliment him on the fine job he has been doing in representing Ireland. In particular, I am green with envy whenever I see him turning up at sporting events in various parts of the world. I am unsure as to whether he will attend Kiev for tomorrow's draw, but it is unlikely.
