Maria Bailey: I alert Dr. Lynch to the fact that there are two different types of penalties under head 13. The first is the one to which he referred, while the second is a penalty "on conviction on indictment to a fine not exceeding €3,000,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both". Does Dr. Lynch have a copy of this?
