Patrick Costello: I have a quick follow-up question. If cancer is a disease of older people and our population is ageing, this is one of the reasons we are expecting to see the incidence increase. However, are the witnesses predicting a rise beyond what would be expected arising from the ageing population? That would indicate we are going backwards in terms of prevention and on the public health side of it.
