Mattie McGrath: I am glad to be able to speak on tonight's motion. I compliment the Minister on his efforts in many areas. He has a sobering ministerial role in a Government that seems to have gone for a slash and burn approach. The Labour Party was founded in Clonmel 100 year ago. The current mayor of the town is rightly looking forward to hosting the Labour Party in remembering its proud history.
