Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin: I wish to ask for a clarification. It has been asked of me in a couple of situations and I would appreciate what clarity the Minister can give. Is the event of a stillbirth, where access to paternity leave would arguably, in the minds of many, be even more important, properly provided for in the terms of the Bill?

Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin: I appreciate that. I wish the Leas-Cheann Comhairle well in his new position. It is my first time to speak while he is in charge. The Minister assured me that my concerns were catered for within the legislation. The Minister...

Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin: I hope the Minister of State will, and I will conclude in just one moment. It has chosen counties Monaghan and Meath as the first counties to participate in the transfer...
