Bernard Durkan: I am a quiet person and I will take a lot of abuse but I will certainly not take that kind of nonsense or stand idly by when that goes on. Regardless of whose time we are eating into, I will not stand idly by when somebody alludes to or implies corruption on the part of a another Member of the House, unless he backs it up. I refer also to what happens outside the House.
