Alan Shatter: -----and what is stated - this is a question, Sir - in the Ombudsman for Children's report, that the high level group established to ensure the application uniformly across the country of the child protection guidelines did not meet on a single occasion in 2009? Perhaps the Taoiseach can tell the House if that group has yet met in 2010.
