Tom Neville: In reference to the recruitment process Ms Dunnion mentioned the heavy workload or administrative load of social workers. Is there anything in the studies about the information technology systems? The major criticism of Tusla in our previous meeting was of its electronic communication. That I assume has a knock-on effect on paperwork.

I am trying to look at the report for the figures but the witnesses may not have them. How many positions, in particular in social work, are unfilled currently? That can be by number or percentage.
