Catherine Connolly: I see reference to Twitter's trust and safety council members in that letter but I do not see names. I am going to stay with the issues that are raised in the letter. Would Mr. Power agree with those issues and that the interaction with Twitter, certainly since December, has not been of the same quality as it was previously?

Catherine Connolly: Can I stop Mr. Power there for a moment? I sit on another committee which is all about procedures, accountability and processes that are in place. The trust and safety council is, to a certain extent, a process and a good one I presume. Is that the case?

We have a letter from members stating that, in the past nine months, Twitter's engagement really has not been as good.
