Brian Cowen: There has been a reduction of 23% in the legal fees as a result of decisions taken in recent months, to take account of that situation. I do not hold a brief for that; I am just trying to see that this matter would be brought to finality as quickly as possible. It is a matter for the Oireachtas how it wishes to proceed-----
