Kieran O'Donnell: In section 57, amendment No. 7 is in the name of the Minister of State. Acceptance of this amendment involves deletion of section 57 of the original Act. It is a new section, which has already been discussed with amendment No. 6. If members have no comments, with their agreement this new section will be inserted into the Bill.
