Seán Ó Fearghaíl: The Deputy has accused the Tánaiste of committing a crime. That is completely out of order. It is not acceptable in this forum in any circumstances and I think he should withdraw that statement. The commission of crimes is something that is adjudicated on by a court of law, not by any of us sitting here in Dáil Éireann.
