Only a fortnight ago we had a massively successful Pride festival which brought tens of thousands onto the streets of Dublin from all over Ireland and further afield. The LGBT community is clearly a positive part of our society but its members are still not treated as equals...

A recent Supreme Court decision has brought a halt to actions against some of the worst and most serious cases.
