Jan O'Sullivan: Ireland has ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities but there is legislation to follow. I know the Minister of State, Deputy Finian McGrath, was here earlier. There is legislation to follow in order to allow people who have a disability to exercise those rights. When does the Minister expect to introduce that legislation?
