Michael McGrath: To clarify, it will be for public investment and infrastructure. The fund is €2 billion through the lifetime of the plan up to 2027. When will moneys start to be made available? Will the Minister have money in the budget line for 2019 and 2020, and will it be one fifth or one tenth of the €2 billion? How will this be rolled out in practice?
