Jim O'Callaghan: This matter has been discussed before. The reason we oppose section 19 is it refers to the "Procedures Committee and other committees of Commission." We have made the decision, as a committee, that we will remove the committee structure so, consistent with that, we should not allow in section 19. Therefore, I am pressing the opposition to the section as a whole.
