He should congratulate me on the fact that a situation like this is being dealt with adequately by opening for much longer hours to 6 p.m. and from an earlier start time. The fact that centres are allocating a large number of extra staff is something for which we must applaud them. They are dealing with a problem which has emerged very suddenly.
