James Lawless: I thank the Minister for her attendance here today. I imagine it is the first of many engagements she will have with the committee. I have received one nomination. Senator Ward has proposed Deputy Carroll MacNeill as Vice Chairman and that has been seconded by Deputy Creed. I invite Senator Ward to put the proposal to the committee.
