In recognition of the fact that a new association, Farm Contractors Ireland, is meeting public representatives today, I would like to ask the Taoiseach about the long-awaited Construction Contracts Bill 2010. This is an important issue because the contractors of Ireland are on their knees, particularly as a result of the high cost of fuel.

Nobody would argue with those changes but I wish to draw attention to the number of personnel that will be required in this area.
